自2017年全面推行家庭医生签约服务工作以来，广州市白云区继续推动家庭医生签约服务提质增效，真正让医疗实现零距离，让健康触手可及。截至2024年，白云全区24家基层医疗单位共组建269个家庭服务团队，1746名家庭医生为187.66万名签约市民提供家门口的健康服务，同2024年相比，重点人群及基本包、个性化服务包的签约数量较去年同期均增加近 10 万个。签约人群整体有效履约率95%以上，对家庭医生服务满意度达 95%以上。来，看看广州白云家庭医生的2024年“成绩单”。
